Destiny 2 has debuted its new trailer for the upcoming season, now confirmed to be Season of the Splicer. Guardians are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new Destiny 2 season and a chance to save the Eliksni babies shown off in the trailer footage. Before Guardians go off to raise the sun and bring light on a new day, they may be curious about some hidden clues to a new emblem.

Some content creators received special video clips for the launch of Destiny 2, Season of the Splicer, and noticed some binary code hidden in them. This prompted Guardians to deconstruct these instances of binary and found that they for a 9-digit code, similar to redeemable codes on the Bungie website.

Thanks to a Reddit post by user Emutwoo, the binary was compiled and broken down into a 9-digit set in a 3x3 grid. Users on Discord were able to decipher the binary code and return a 9-digit code, redeemable for a new emblem in Destiny 2.

The new Destiny 2 emblem is called Sequence Flourish and holds a look that mirrors the upcoming Season of the Splicer aesthetic. With blue and pink coloring to match the upcoming season, this is surely an emblem that Guardians will wear during the week leading up to Season of the Splicer.

Guardians can redeem the code on Bungie’s website after logging into their account. For Guardians who may have more than one account, they will want to make sure they are signed in on the account they want to redeem the emblem on. The code to be redeemed is 7D4-PKR-MD7.

Once Guardians redeem the code for the new emblem, they can find the emblem in the Flair section of their Collections tab, located on the last page of the General tab. Guardians can collect the emblem and show it off before Season of the Splicer launches.

The Sequence Flourish emblem can use all the trackers that are available in Destiny 2 so Guardians can further customize the stats that this emblem shows off. Guardians may already have an extensive collection of emblems, but a new emblem is always a pleasant addition to kick off a new season in Destiny 2.

Season of the Splicer begins on May 11, giving Guardians one more week to finish preparing for the new season and the new Override missions, and the return of the Vault of Glass Raid. It's only a few days away, so make sure to finish any remaining business from the current season.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
