Although Bungie has been in hot water for quite some time with Destiny 2 fans over the way the game has been handled post launch, the science fiction shooter's popularity with some folks continues to cause ideas, concepts, and designs from the title to trickle into the real world. For instance, at the macro level, the wrestler Kenny Omega recently cosplayed as Osiris–an old, legendary Warlock from the game–for his match with Chris Jericho at Wrestle Kingdom 12 in Japan. On a micro scale, though, one fan decided to craft a physical Red Dwarf Hand Cannon with the use of a 3D printer.

As seen in the image below from the Guardian and Redditor known as Enderphor, the Destiny 2 fan's painting hand did a wonderful job at ensuring all of the line work present on the barrel and handle of the gun really stands out. Not to mention, the integrity of the stainless steel finish on the top and underside of the weapon looks nice and clean overall, as it works as a fantastic contrast to the red and black coloring, bringing the whole firearm's design into relief.

For those unaware, the Red Dwarf is technically not a gun in Destiny 2, as it is instead a Weapon Ornament that one can apply to the actual firearm known as the Sunshot Exotic Hand Cannon in order to give it a different appearance. The original version of the Exotic utilizes a more muted color palette, with the gun's main hues being white, gold, black, and dark purple.

Of course, there are far more fan-made wares that have come to fruition following Destiny 2's launch, and it seems as if each project looks more polished than the last. While other Guardians efforts are beautiful to say the least–Nick Brick's LEGO D.A.R.C.I. replica is a fine example–Enderphor's Red Dwarf might take the cake as one of the better fan-made pieces we've seen in a while.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
