Indeed, while Bungie has offered items to fans via collector's boxes or special editions of Destiny 2, there have not been many replicas as detailed and well-considered as the Rat King. The recreation of the weapon shows a true love for the Destiny franchise and for the design and intrigue that Bungie has brought to its newest title. To its credit, though, Bungie has always fostered a sense of community and support from its fanbase and has encouraged embracing the world of Destiny. Destiny 2's events may come and go, but its passionate players will remain.
The construction of the Rat King exotic is a serious achievement and comes at the perfect time. As Bungie prepares for the launch of its newest expansion The Witch Queen, the Destiny community cannot contain its excitement for the next chapter. As the next era of content approaches, it is amazing to see that the fans of Destiny 2 are showing their passion for one of the most ambitious games that Bungie has ever made.
