Curse of Osiris, the first expansion for Destiny 2,  launches tomorrow, and Bungie just released a teaser trailer ahead of tomorrow’s launch. The trailer highlights new areas and new gear, but more importantly it contains a teaser for the Raid Lair, a new raid activity coming with Curse of Osiris.

The clip showcases the new area within the Leviathan, where the first raid in Destiny 2 took place. The enormous consumer of worlds contains remnants of all the planets it has devoured during its travels, and Leviathan, Eater of Worlds allows players to explore the remains of these planets and experience new and challenging threats.

A centurion, a few psions, and a Cabal drop ship are shown in the teaser, though the raid lair could be hiding other enemies as well. One area looks like the core of a planet burning hot within the Leviathan with debris drifting through the air. Another is a deep purple room filled with pipes and pistons.

The Raid Lair was initially revealed during Bungie’s first Curse of Osiris reveal stream and is described as a shorter raid encounter when compared to the first Leviathan raid. Eater of Worlds is set to launch shortly after Curse of Osiris, and a second Raid Lair is scheduled to come with the next Destiny 2 expansion, slated for Spring 2018.

New raid content is always a welcome addition in Destiny 2, though some players are frustrated that there is not a full Vex-themed raid on Mercury coming with Curse of Osiris. Some see the return to the Leviathan as reusing old areas instead of developing new ones.

However, Bungie has stated that the Leviathan still has stories hidden within it that they still want to tell, as players currently can only explore the entrance to the throne room and a small slice of the underbelly. There are limitless possibilities as to what could be lurking in the depths of the Leviathan, so players will have to dive back in to find them.

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris launches December 5 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
