A few new details concerning the forthcoming Shadowkeep expansion for Destiny 2 was revealed as a result of PAX West. However, not everything that was revealed was initially meant to be so, as fans managed to get their hands on some game files. These files not only showcased this new trace rifle for the Garden of Salvation raid, but files that revealed that the leaked raid armor was a re-skin of Curse of Osiris' Omega Mechanos set sparked controversy.

Although there seems to be some misinformation as to that leaked raid armor, Bungie did admit that this armor was indeed the raid armor of Destiny 2's Shadowkeep expansion, alongside the new trace rifle, Divinity. This trace rifle's Impact score is incredibly low, but it is made up by two things: its magazine and its ability.

Divinity has a 194-round magazine that fires 1000 rounds per minute, but it also showcases a unique ability called Judgement. This ability is activated when sustained damage is dealt with Divinity and it "envelops the target in a field that weakens and disrupts them." In other words, many Destiny 2 players will want to hop on this new exotic as soon as they can.

Players will be able to start grinding for this weapon when the Garden of Salvation raid drops on October 5, just 4 days after the Shadowkeep expansion launches. It isn't the only weapon leak that fans are excited for, however, as fans have noticed a new bow in the background of Divinity. In the background, there is a left-facing bow which means it is a primary/kinetic weapon in Destiny 2, hopefully leading to the addition of a Kinetic Precision Bow with random rolls.

Two more weapons were also spotted at Pax West, with one being the previously showcased crystallized bug-powered LMG and Deathbringer exotic rocket launcher. How these weapons all play into Destiny 2's Shadowkeep expansion remains to be seen, but it's clear that the expansion wants to make a dominant impression.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep releases October 1, 2019, for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
