Destiny 2 is a game where the difficulty can increase drastically based on the activities played, such as Trials of Osiris for PvP, and Raids or Grandmaster Nightfall Strikes for PvE. In terms of PvE, Grandmaster Nightfalls are very different from Raids because they are not a place where players can try again and again tackling the various encounters, and they are taken back to Orbit if the whole team is down at any point. Raids are more forgiving to a degree, but they are also one of the most challenging activities in Destiny 2 because of their unique mechanics.

However, Raids also encourage exploring new builds and options to optimize a team's strategy across the board, eventually leading to insane speedruns or players soloing the final boss. There are four Raids in Destiny 2 at the moment, and each of them offers a peculiar set of challenges both while completing the base activity and its final boss encounter, but a player managed to trivialize them all with a clever setup.

Destiny 2 YouTuber and content creator Vendetta put up a team to achieve something incredible: defeating all Raid bosses in the least amount of Throwing Hammers. Titans are very popular in Season of the Lost because of how powerful middle tree Sunbreaker can be with Throwing Hammers and a plethora of buffs active, including the bonus damage from the Wormgod Caress Exotic gauntlets and One-Two Punch shotguns. This is the exact setup used by Vendetta, who managed to achieve insane damage numbers in conjunction with their team using Stasis Warlock Supers to freeze bosses, other Titans to throw their hammers at Vendetta for rapid hits on the bosses, and a dedicated Divinity user.

With things like the debuff from Tractor Cannon, Focusing Lens, the damage buff from Ward of Dawn, the Sunbreaker's Roaring Flames, and hot-swapping Light classes from Void into Solar in order to retain the added melee damage from Defensive Strike, Vendetta's hammers have outstanding DPS. The Destiny 2 YouTuber managed to kill Riven with one hammer (outside of her Shadow Realm phase), the Sanctified Mind with another hammer, Atheon with two hammers, and Taniks with three hammers due to the boss' final stand.

Vendetta also managed to one-shot the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon's boss with a similar strategy, which is quite impressive, considering Dungeons are 3-player activities whereas Raids can host up to 6. While this Titan build and all the buffs it can get are particularly powerful, it doesn't necessarily mean that it has to be nerfed with The Witch Queen expansion.

Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
