Destiny 2 players can experiment with their builds and loadouts, and mix and match the various components to customize their characters as they please. For weapons, this means toying with loadouts to use guns that work better in specific scenarios or swapping them around to use Exotics in other slots, often trying to optimize the choices based on the mods used. When it comes to armor, however, Destiny 2 has a different approach to how it can be mixed with other pieces, as players have six stats to take into consideration when building their characters.

In fact, armor pieces in Destiny 2 have variable rolls on each stat, and the range of rolls heavily impacts how viable and strong a specific item is. Because they can differ so wildly in each attribute and in terms of total stat value, getting the perfect armor pieces for each build is quite intense and the whole process can take a long time.

One of the biggest trends among Destiny 2 players is to share their setup once they achieve great stats, like multiple attributes within a range of 60 to 80 or a few ones sitting at 100. That's why it's so impressive that a player managed to get their setup to quad-100 stats, and the results are shared in a post on Reddit, as well as pictures linked in the comments. The user, called BuyMeStarbucks, shows their Titan using a full set of Masterwork armor and the Exotic Icefall Mantle gloves, for a total of 100 Mobility, 101 Resilience, 100 Intellect, and 100 Strength.

Mobility and Strength are usually easier to get to 100 because of Powerful Friends and Radiant Light, which grant 20 extra points each. Furthermore, Beyond Light made it easier to get to 100 in one or more stats due to Stasis Fragments, as there are several ones that grant bonus attributes just for slotting them. This is precisely what BuyMeStarbucks is doing with their Behemoth Titan, but they also stated that farming for these insane armor pieces took them 6,000 hours total.

Bungie is making changes to several items when the 30th Anniversary Pack launches, and weapons like Whisper of the Worm and Arbalest might lead to even more diverse loadouts. Buffs and nerfs to Exotic armor pieces are also very likely to come, and while these won't affect the stats on them, some underused ones could become better options overall.

Destiny 2 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
