Having cool-looking Guardians has always been part of Destiny as a franchise, with the first installment of the series featuring plenty of great armor sets based on the game's iconic enemies. This made players feel like their characters were wearing the spoils of war and the armor of their opponents, even though this is not something that truly carried over into Destiny 2. However, Bungie did put a lot of work into Destiny 2's sets to make them stand out in different ways, with some of the Raid armor pieces and others from Trials of Osiris being excellent examples.

Fashion is an important component of Destiny 2, to the point that, in the past, players would use better-looking armor over items that were better in terms of stats. This is fortunately not an issue anymore now that the Armor Synthesis feature is in the game, and players can now virtually unlock any armor piece in Destiny 2 as a universal ornament to use for their looks. This is a great change, and it allows players to make good use of ornaments to make any look possible - even turning their characters into those of other franchises.

A Reddit user by the name of DredgenSpectre shared an incredible Nathan Drake look for their Hunter, perfectly encapsulating the essence of Uncharted's protagonist. As it often happens with crossover Destiny 2 looks, this Nathan Drake costume is made with the Hunter's Couturier Mask, which removes the hood from all cloaks used with it, regardless of their original aesthetics. As such, the player found a great match in the Refugee Cloak, a vanilla Destiny 2 cloak that doesn't have a cape but is more like a cowl, which becomes a scarf when combined with the Couturier Mask.

Pieces from the Intrepid set also help bring Nathan Drake's raggedy look together, especially combined with white, brown, and dark Shaders. DredgenSpectre also made sure to include several slides to show off the look in different environments, cutscenes, and menus within Destiny 2, as well as a slide that lists every armor piece and Shader used.

With the Uncharted movie starring Tom Holland as Nathan Drake coming up, now is a perfect time to share a cosplay for the beloved character, even though it's in a game where treasure hunting is not exactly the same. And yet, Xur's new loot cave is a perfect place for this look to shine, as it does look like somewhere from Uncharted games.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
