Destiny 2 has been around for over four years now, and Bungie is constantly adding more content to the game through Seasons and yearly expansions. This model is good for the game because it allows players to space out their in-game schedule and do things when they become available, not stressing too much about finishing everything in a week and then having no new content to play for a long time. This way, there are always new things to discover in Destiny 2, such as the hidden messages from Wilhelm-7 in the 30th Anniversary Pack's Grasp of Avarice Dungeon.

Secrets are often bound to Raids in Destiny 2, as those are massive pieces of content that usually come with large, dedicated areas where Bungie can hide more things for players to find. And yet, there are things from the base game, features that have been in Destiny 2 ever since it was released in 2017, that some players never heard of before a certain time, like the secret area in The Tower shared on Reddit a few weeks ago.

Now, a Reddit user by the name of bobuyh shared a clip on the platform showing that there is a place in The Tower's Hangar where players can press a button to call in their ship. This is an old feature, but it's something many didn't know about before watching the video, especially because the Hangar is often only ever visited for quests or Trials of Osiris-related things, so players have to speak with Saint-14, or maybe to find Xur around the old Dead Orbit post. Destiny 2 is also not a game where information is always clear, so this little feature is one of those things that players have to find themselves or find out online.

There is a control panel players can use to have their ship dock in the Hangar, with Shaders on as well. This can make for great screenshots or short clips, and it's worth noting that certain ships do have more of a visual impact on the area, such as the Unixursal Voyager Exotic ship from Dares of Eternity.

This ship has a cool comet-like effect when in hyperspace, and it glows based on the Shaders players apply to it. The glow can be quite intense with some Shaders, and docking the ship in the Hangar is something that will most likely draw other Destiny 2 players' attention.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
