Destiny 2's Season of the Lost introduced a few new Exotics, as is customary with the game's current seasonal model, including a Destiny 1 Exotic for each of the three classes. Warlocks got back Nothing Manacles, Hunters got Radiant Dance Machines (albeit for a short while), and Titans' reprised Exotic was No Backup Plans. This is a guide on how to get the latter.

How Lost Sectors Rotate and How to Get No Backup Plans

The newly introduced No Backup Plans Exotic gloves are part of Destiny 2's rotation of Lost Sectors, which can only be obtained on specific days. The rotation includes several Lost Sectors, and those in the EDZ and the Cosmodrome were removed this Season to add more in the Dreaming City. As of now, the rotation includes Lost Sector on the Tangled Shore, the Dreaming City, Europa, and the Moon.

There are two different types of Lost Sectors where Exotics can be farmed. These include Legend Lost Sectors and Master Lost Sectors, with the former being a 1320 Power Level area and the latter a 1350 zone.

The Lost Sectors rotate in the following order: Legs > Gloves > Chest > Helmet. The rotation works for both Legend and Master Lost Sectors, and the former always become the subsequent Master Lost Sector on the next day's reset. Roughly, players can expect their desired Lost Sector to rotate three to four times per week. This means that Titans looking for the No Backup Plans Exotic should go for the corresponding Lost Sector when it's available.

Currently, the schedule for the rotation puts the Legend Lost Sector dropping Exotic Gloves on September 12, with the Lost Sector being Concealed Void. On September 13, this will turn into a Master Lost Sector and become much harder to grind but still doable with the right build. Another Legend Lost Sector dropping Exotic Gloves will be available on September 16 and every four days after that.

Because Legend and Master Lost Sectors have Champions, players should carry over Anti-Champion mods and the corresponding weapons to stun them. This helps to clear the Lost Sector with more ease and defeating all Champions grants better rewards.

Players should also keep in mind that the Exotics dropping from the Lost Sector will tend to be those they haven't acquired yet, including the exclusive ones like No Backup Plans.
