Destiny 2's inclusion of a much more robust campaign mode offered more casual gamers some additional motivation to check out the first-person shooter sequel. Although the story mode does offer a few solid hours of entertaining gameplay to get players invested in the world of Guardians, it's certainly not without its own flaws and inconsistencies. These are pretty easily overlooked thanks to the solid gameplay in Destiny 2, but they are pretty hilarious when you put them all next to each other with snarky commentary...

The latest video from Youtuber The Jez does just that. His very condensed recap of the Destiny 2 campaign points out many of the same thoughts that crossed our minds while powering through the story mode. From the always silent protagonist in cutscenes to the frustration of watching Cayde 6 waste a Golden Gun cooldown on three trash mobs, the video really perfectly captures every "On, come on!" moment of the Destiny 2 single-player experience.

The video certainly lands better for fans of the original Destiny, but it is funny either way. Maybe of the references to the hours spent in the end-game of the original are the setups for some of the best jokes in the whole video though. Even without the context for those jokes, there is still plenty to chuckle at.

Hopefully any upcoming Destiny 2 expansions and DLC include their own short campaign modes that can, in turn, lead to future videos that roast the game as well as this one.
