Destiny 2's second Year 1 expansion, Warmind, added modifiers to the Heroic Strikes playlist that further set them apart from the normal strike playlist as a middle-of-the-road option between that and the weekly Nightfall Strike.

Each week, the Heroic Strike playlist receives a weekly Singe modifier that is persistent until the next weekly reset in Destiny 2. This increases incoming and outgoing damage of a particular elemental type. In addition, two more modifiers—one which provides the player with an advantage, and another that adds a disadvantage—refresh each day. The recommended Power level for the Heroic Strikes playlist is 350 and about every 4th strike players can expect to get a drop that scales up to power level 360. Read on to see what the weekly Singe modifier is, as well as loadout recommendations for the week of May 29, 2018.

This week the Heroic Strike playlist has Void Singe, which will mean players will want to equip one of the game's three Void-based subclasses: Nightstalker Hunter, Sentinel Titan, or Voidwalker Warlock.

In addition, one of the best Exotic weapon choices this week is the Graviton Lance pulse rifle with its newly buffed Void explosions that do far more damage than they used to, especially to mobs of enemies. After the game's recent Exotic tuning pass, the Tractor Cannon shotgun is also a superb choice, as it will add a debuff to enemies that increases any Void damage against them for five seconds. It's amazing how fast bosses can be taken down using the Tractor Cannon and a large amount of Void damage like Nova Bombs and rockets.

There are many choices of Exotic armor depending on class and how each particular player wants to play. Some recommended Exotics are Nezarec's Sin, Skull of Dire Ahamkara, Mask of the Quiet One, Orpheus Rig, and Helm of Saint-14.
