Destiny 2 is a game that allows for a lot of customization and optimization. Since its release in 2017, Destiny 2 has encouraged players to grind through raids, boss battles and more to pick up new ships, guns, and Sparrows. The fourth and latest dungeon to drop for Destiny 2 is "Grasp of Avarice," and is the newest chance for players to get their hands on loot, such as the Artifice Armor which can only be gained by playing through this activity.

Alongside new loot and gameplay though, one Destiny 2 player has found a new sport that can be played through the dungeon. Using more than a couple of exploits, and glitching their way to a point in the map where they can spawn their trusty Sparrow, a Destiny 2 YouTuber known as "Cheese Forever" shows off how they can use their Sparrow on water. The trick has a similar impressive feel to it as another video which saw a Destiny streamer complete a flawless Vault of Glass run with their Sparrow. Despite all the skins and customization available for Sparrows, there hasn't yet been a skin that turns the speeder into a Jet Ski, something that developer Bungie may want to look into given this video.

Fans of Destiny 2 were quick to praise "Cheese Forever" for their discovery of the glitch, and were quick to try and turn their Sparrow into a Jet Ski as well. The glitch is not a random occurrence, and can be recreated as long as a player follows the same steps outlined in the video. Fans were even suggesting that Bungie create a map or dungeon that encourages the player to use their Sparrow to cross a large body of water. At the very least, players were quick to term this glitch a "harmless" one that "Bungie should have no reason to patch."

Sparrows have often been the secondary companion for Destiny 2 Guardians. Besides their trusty Ghosts, a Sparrow is something that many Destiny 2 players covet. And like the guns in the game, or cars and bikes in Grand Theft Auto Online, a Sparrow can be customized to a player's fit. There are multiple Sparrows to be found in Destiny 2, and some are better than others, but that rarely stops players from picking whichever fits their preference.

The glitch that turns Sparrows into Jet Skis is not the only glitch to be found in Destiny 2. The game has a history of game-breaking glitches, exploits and the odd bug thrown in for good measure, yet a glitch that allows players to ride their Sparrows on water hardly seems as harmful as min/max glitches that risk breaking the game entirely.

Destiny 2 is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
