Many Destiny 2 players are still holding on to their Spicy Ramen tickets in their Vault, hoping for a day they might be able to eat some of Cayde-6's beloved noodles. As it turns out, dreams are now a reality, with the new official cookbook out for purchase today.

A new release by author Victoria Rosenthal, who also wrote Fallout: The Vault Dweller's Official Cookbook, brings a variety of recipes based on Destiny 2's iconic weapons and items. Destiny: The Official Cookbook features some fan-favorite recipes, such as the Tower-renowned Spicy Ramen, as well as cookies from The Dawning event, and even some exciting cocktails based on exotic weaponry.

According to Rosenthal, Eva Levante has "traveled around the world after the events of the Red War, gathering a variety of recipes after crossing paths with many Guardians along the way and learning from their adventures." Not only do the recipes look delicious, but they are now tied into the lore of the game.

The book features step-by-step instructions to make each of the recipes, with beautiful color photos of the dishes. According to the book's description, the recipes are "Perfect for all Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks" and is "packed with amazing recipes and stories that celebrate Destiny’s vast multiplayer universe." Many players have probably been wondering what Guardians eat when they aren't out shooting Hive or fighting the darkness, and now there is an official answer to that question.

Bungie has had a track record recently of releasing books based on Destiny 2 lore, with the third volume of its lore anthology titled "War Machines" currently available to preorder on the Bungie Store webpage. This comes after a collaboration with community lore members and artists to create some stunning hard copies of their stories. These are perfect for any fans who love the lore of Destiny, holding Grimoire and lore from both the original and sequel games.

With Destiny 2: Beyond Light being delayed until November, and the world in lockdown, players will now have the opportunity to take their favorite game off their screen and into their hands (and mouths). Between the recipes in Victoria's book, and the three lore anthologies, fans can fill the gap in content in the game with some delicious Gjallardoodle Cookies, or Wavesplitter cocktails.

Destiny: The Official Cookbook is available from Insight Editions or the Bungie Store page.
