Making its way to PC and PlayStation 5 this September, Deathloop is right around the corner, and it seems Arkane Studios is keen to show off why fans should be excited to hop into its stylish, time-looping world. Earlier this month, the team offered a brand new glimpse at Deathloop, highlighting Colt's various abilities as he brutally assassinated one of its eight recurring targets, and now it seems the studio wants to show fans why they should pre-order themselves a copy.

Posted on the official Bethesda YouTube channel, Arkane has revealed an in-game look at some of the pre-order bonuses players will net if they purchase an early copy of Deathloopas well as the bonus content included in its Deluxe Edition. The clip clocks in at just over one minute and is entirely serenaded by the James Bond-esque Deathloop theme song, Deja Vu.

The trailer begins with a look at the two standard pre-order bonuses: the PlayStation-exclusive Royal Protector Machete and the Storm Rider skin for Colt. As fans of Arkane's past games will no doubt recognize, the Royal Protector Machete is a reference to Dishonored protagonist Corvo Attano, with the metal it's made of replicating his mask. The Storm Rider skin, on the other hand, sees Colt don a colorful helmet and white jacket, with the trailer showing off details like the badges and patches attached to its collar.

As for the Deluxe Edition, it offers several other bonus cosmetics, with the trailer highlighting the PlayStation-exclusive Transtar Trencher, which is a crimson and black shotgun skin. It even briefly shows it in action, as Colt uses it to smash several windows. Arkane Studios also reveals the special edition's two new outfits: Colt's Party Crasher skin, which sees him dressed in a tuxedo, and Juliana's Sharp Shooter outfit, which sees her dressed in a suit. The clip even makes sure to spotlight the new weapon skins the protagonists have to match their formal attires, with Colt's Eat the Rich Tribunal and Juliana's .44 Karat Fourpounder getting a short showcase.

As for what isn't displayed in the trailer, regular pre-orders will come with one trinket, while the Deluxe Edition will feature two trinkets and a soundtrack. Deathloop isn't too far off now, with Arkane prepping to bring the game to PC and PlayStation in just under two months. The game will see protagonist Colt become trapped in a time loop, forcing him to assassinate eight targets to break the cycle and free himself. Along the way, he'll be pursued by Julianna, a second player whose goal is to kill Colt and preserve the loop.

Deathloop is slated to launch on September 14 for PC and PlayStation 5.
