At Deathloop's first glance, Aleksis is the "easiest" to kill because he's stuck in the same place. Colt can even try to get him to change his plans, but he'll be at the same party in the evening at Updaam. So how hard can he be to take out? Well, unless Colt is prepared to take out an entire army, it's actually not that easy.

Thankfully, with the right tactics, Aleksis will accidentally single himself out. It takes a bit of work and some ingenious thinking. Readers that scan every piece of information in Deathloop have deduced three ways to make him reveal himself, any of which will work well enough.

Shutting Off His Favorite Beer

  • Pros: Closest to the entrance, works with any loadout
  • Cons: Lots of witnesses, need stealth

The taprooms are underneath the main party area, straight ahead from when first entering Dorsey Manor. The courtyard guards must be eluded, so Shift and Aether are both highly recommended. This will be an unfurnished (and unguarded!) room with kegs.

Just down the stairs will be the loaded kegs, trapped with laser and proximity mines. Quietly disable the mines (do not shoot them) as any amount of noise will alert the guests upstairs. Turn the valve to shut off the chocolate beer then quickly run upstairs and observe the party from a position of safety. He will make himself known by making a small fuss about the beer being out.

Playing His Jam

Deathloop Location Of Aleksis' Jam For The Outside
  • Pros: Nice vantage point, easy shot
  • Cons: Lots of witnesses, hard to get to

For those who can get around to the backside of Dorsey Manor, there is another quiet way to take out Aleksis. Make sure to take out Juliana first if she appears, because, like the last method, any amount of commotion will alert Aleksis and his guests.

Deathloop Finding The Jam Frequencies In Aleksis' Bathroom

From the very back, there will be an open window in a building close to the outskirts. Hop inside. In this room, there is a code that changes every day (this method will need a new code every day). Write it down or memorize it.

Deathloop Typing In The Frequency And Having Aleksis Reveal Himself

Go down one floor and find the room with the grand piano in it. There will be a mix device identical to the one in Aleksis' bathroom. Type in the frequency code on the device, then look left and wait for Aleksis to come out on the dance floor (this can take a few minutes), revealing himself. He'll stand in the center of the room for a clear shot. Just watch out for his onlookers, they are armed.

Dropping Him Into The Meat Grinder

Deathloop Identifying Aleksis With His Two Golden SMGs
  • Pros: Doesn't break stealth, minimal complexity
  • Cons: Can't loot the visionary, hard to get to

Both of the previous two methods require some quick thinking and reflexes to stay out of sight after the kill, but this one keeps Colt quiet. It's in the same building as the prior method, the dance floor will be visible from this spot. Get behind the big red sign in the room and find a red button behind it.

Deathloop Pressing The Button To Drop Aleksis Into The Meat Grinder

Wait for Aleksis to step on the trap door. Players can identify him by the two golden SMGs he's got equipped. This can take several minutes and many false targets will step directly on this trap door, so be patient.

Deathloop was released on September 14, 2021, and is available on PC and PlayStation 5.
