Plenty of players are flocking back to Dead by Daylight this June thanks to the recent release of the Resident Evil DLC chapter. This newest expansion to the game includes Nemesis and Jill Valentine from Resident Evil 3, Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 2, and the Raccoon City Police Department game map.
Like many games that include in-game purchases and DLC, Dead by Daylight offers free promo codes that players can use to redeem for a variety of rewards. These codes are often limited for a very short time period, so players are recommended to enter these codes as soon as they can.
In order to enter codes, players must enter Dead by Daylight's in-game store. On the main page that shows all of the featured items for sale, there is a button that reads "Redeem Code". Selecting this option will lead players to the code redemption window.
For June 2021 there are currently only two codes that can be redeemed. Each of them can only be used once per account and are not case sensitive when entering. These promo codes are:
PRIDE - Rainbow Flag Cosmetic Charm for killers and survivors
NICE - 69 Bloodpoints
The Rainbow Flag charm and code is currently available in Dead by Daylight to celebrate Pride month, as June is officially recognized as Pride Month all around the world. While unexpected in a horror title such as Dead by Daylight, this charm celebrates those part of the LGBT community. It is most likely that this charm will not be available after June, but there is a possibility of it returning for next year's pride month. Perhaps there is also a possibility of flag charms for other identities in the LGBT community being added in future years.
With many Bloodpoints being required for any kind of progress on the Bloodweb, it is obvious that the only Bloodpoint code available at this time is intended to be part of a joke. It is unknown just how long it will remain active, but it is perfect for telling friends to enter and see their reaction.
Anyone wanting to stay on top of any promotional codes for Dead by Daylight are recommended to follow the official Dead by Daylight twitter account. There players can see many promo codes as soon as they drop as well as what is available in the Shrine of Secrets without needing to check in-game first.
