The 2022 Halloween event plans for Dead by Daylight have been confirmed. Dead by Daylight has seen some of the most iconic faces of horror in film and gaming, such as Scream's Ghostface and Silent Hill's Pyramid Head, so it is only fitting that a new in-game event is going to be occurring for the majority of October, with all kinds of new cosmetics, new challenges, and a new Tome path of challenges and lore for players to overcome and discover.Featuring a steady stream of content since its initial release back in 2016, Dead by Daylight is still going strong. Back in August, Chapter 25 of the game was released, which was dubbed Project W in Dead by Daylight, and featured Albert Wesker (known as The Mastermind in the game) as a new killer, and it also saw the release of Resident Evil icons Ada Wong and Rebecca Chambers as playable survivors. While this new event isn't adding any new characters, it is adding a lot of cosmetics to bring some fresh life into the game, and the content will be released in four different parts throughout October.RELATED: PUBG is Crossing Over With Dead by DaylightIn a new video posted to Twitter by the official Dead by Daylight account, the entire event is detailed, from what can be earned just by playing the game, to what will cost money, to even when the game will be free-to-play.
