Behaviour Interactive's Dead by Daylight has already had a strong 2021, releasing its K-Pop themed All-Kill chapter and announcing it will be teaming with Capcom to release a Resident Evil DLC. Today, a new batch of content has been added to the game, with the studio revealing that its crossover with YouTube channel Crypt TV is officially live.

The collaboration will bring 3 new skins for the game's killers based on some of Crypt TV's most revered web series and short films. The sets will be available on the in-game store and, for the first time in Dead by Daylight's history, can be purchased using Iridescent Shards, which are a currency gathered through progression.

The first skin is for The Hag and is based on the Birch Witch. The terrifying villain is one of Crypt TV's most popular characters, first cropping up in a short film titled "The Birch" before getting its own web series on Facebook Watch. The Hag cosmetic features the character's bark-like skin and distinct vine-based headdress, looking remarkably similar to Crypt TV's demonic woodland entity.

The Doctor is the recipient of the second skin, which resembles the Look-See. The creepy character first cropped up in a short film before eventually getting a web series of its own, which revolves around it stalking victims and forcing them to relinquish reminders of their past. The skin features the villain's scarred, faceless appearance and signature wide grin, while it sports a bloody suit and wields a heavy wrench.

The final skin is available for The Huntress and is themed around the Mordeo. The pack of creepy monsters made their appearance through a series on the Crypt TV YouTube channel, where it's revealed they were formerly humans who resorted to cannibalism while lost in the Mordeo's woods. The cosmetic features the deer-like antlers that protrude from the creature's head as well as its skull-like face.

The crossover is the latest of many for the popular asymmetric multiplayer horror title, which currently boasts characters like Silent Hill's Pyramid HeadTexas Chainsaw Massacre's Leatherface, Nightmare on Elm Street's Freddy Krueger, and Halloween's Michael Myers. Its next collaboration will be with Resident Evilalthough it's currently unclear exactly what to expect from the DLC. While many have expressed interest in villains like Mr X or Nemesis making an appearance, others have speculated the new chapter could be heavily focused on the upcoming Resident Evil: Village.

Dead By Daylight is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
