Around a month ago, fans got their first look at a Cyberpunk 2077-themed Xbox One X after a bundle leaked online. Later, fans were treated with their first official look at the console and were blown away by the design. Now, Xbox has released a brand new video focusing on the limited edition console, this time going into pretty major depth, how it settled on each design choice, and more.

The lengthy eleven-minute video was released on Xbox's official YouTube account, while a shortened two-minute version was released on the company's official Twitter account. The eleven-minute version gives viewers more details about the console, so that's definitely the version to check out.

The video itself actually goes into a surprising amount of detail about how the console itself was designed, showing off the different mismatched colors, its rugged design, and the other tiny differences that set the console apart from the others that the team has created. The console even has its own exclusive colored HDMI cable.

According to the video, there were originally around four separate designs for the console, each being different from the other before the team settled on the design fans will get their hands on in June. Viewers can actually see all the separate designs in the video itself.

One of the more interesting pieces of information revealed in the video is the fact that the console was designed with Cyberpunk 2077's E3 2018 reveal trailer in mind. The team at Xbox apparently went through the trailer scene by scene and drew inspiration from the different designs that they saw.

The video is an absolute must-see for anyone thinking of picking up the console when it releases next month. While the original reveal trailer certainly does the console justice when it comes to showing off its design, this video blows the old one out of the water in every way possible. It's certainly impressive just how much detail went into the design of this console, and the team at Xbox should be commended for their work on it.

Given the fact that this is the last limited edition Xbox One X, it's safe to say that the console is going out with a bang. While the previous limited edition Xbox's were certainly nothing to scoff at, this is easily one of the most detailed consoles Xbox has put out, if not the most detailed one. Unfortunately, it's coming out so close to the Xbox Series X that some fans might not want to pick it up, instead wanting to focus their spending their money on the more powerful console. Still, it's a great design nonetheless.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, and Stadia on September 17, 2020.
