The NPC makes a second appearance in a particular ending, the one where V becomes the most famous mercenary in Night City. In that ending, Blue Eyes hires V to do a heist at the Crystal Palace, a casino space station. Blue Eyes promises V that if they succeed, they will gain more than they could imagine.
