After eight years of development time and numerous delays, CD Projekt RED finally launched its ambitious open world RPG, Cyberpunk 2077. The expansive open world title has plenty of things for players to do while walking the streets of Night City, though many will likely be looking for ways to acquire the best gear that the game has to offer.

As with most RPG style games, gear and weapons come in a variety of rarities indicated by the item's color. Some of the best gear in the game outside of the rare Iconic weapons, are items that fit into the Legendary category. These can be acquired through a variety of means either through purchasing them from certain vendors, potentially farmed from specific world drops, or potentially after defeating certain characters within the game.

One of the more high prized legendary items is the Legendary Subdermal armor mod thanks to its ability to keep players alive longer by boosting defense. These mods are applied to the Integumentary system and provide players with a variety of passive bonuses from armor to protection from various status effects. Naturally, the more rare the item is, the more armor it offers. Here's where players can get their hands on the Legendary Subdermal Armor Mod in Cyberpunk 2077.

Where To Go

To find this armor mod, players will need to head over to the Watson district of Night City. Next, move into the Kabuki zone and head to Kabuki Market to find a Ripperdoc named Robert. His location is across the street and a bit North West from where the fast travel point is located. Look for the Ripperdoc symbol on the map for the exact location nearby.

Check out his inventory and navigate to the Integumentary system section in the lower left section to find all available mods including the Legendary version of the Subdermal Armor. The biggest thing to keep in mind here is that this armor mod isn't going to be cheap. In fact, players will need 14,000 Eurodollars in order to pick it up.

What It Does

Unlike some of his other Subdermal Armor Mods which can protect against various status ailments like burn, bleed, and shock, this armor mod version has no pre-requisite requirements that first need to be met in order to buy. The Legendary Subdermal Armor Mod is purely focused on defense, giving players a major boost to armor. While it may not be quite as flashy as other mods, this one increases the player's armor stat by 200 points.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions coming in 2021.
