As Cyberpunk 2077 continues receiving updates and patches, it's becoming closer to the original vision that CD Projekt Red promised fans in the years leading up to its release. However, despite plenty of fixes, it seems like there's still a steady stream of glitches reminding players that there's still a long way to go as exampled by this bug which sees Judy explode in a hilarious way.

Posted to the sub-Reddit r/CyberpunkGame, this clip from a recent Cyberpunk 2077 stream by Vinny Vinesauce was shared where Vinesauce places a body on top of Judy during a mission and she very abruptly explodes leaving behind a pool of blood and a pile of giblets. This moment comes as a complete surprise as there was nothing to indicate that the body would cause such a surprising and extreme reaction from Álvarez.

What's more, Judy is among a handful of plot-important characters who can't normally be killed by the player with any sort of weapon, so it's curious why the bug would happen at all if she's immune to regular attacks. Of course, placing a body on top of her could hardly be called a regular attack, however, it's still weird that her explosion would be possible at all. To see the glitch clip, click here.

With Cyberpunk 2077's 1.3 update, there have been plenty of fixes made to the game, but, as exampled by the exploding Judy glitch and a laundry list of other noted bugs, there are still quite a few issues with the title. Luckily, from what it seems like so far, there are much fewer game-breaking glitches and full-on system crashes which is definitely a step up from where the game was when it launched last year. The exploding Judy does require a save reload, unfortunately, but it seems to be an outlier in terms of major bugs and not a common occurrence.

While there have been plenty of bugs that break the immersive world of Night City, there are also a good number of exploits that fans have discovered in the new 1.3 update for the game. Among other Cyberpunk exploits, it's currently possible for players to earn infinite cash $15,000 at a time during the main-story mission "I Walk The Line." This has caused players to completely break the in-game economy by flaunting more money than they should have at that point in the game allowing them to get as many upgrades from Ripper docs as they please and the best loot that vendors offer.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions also in development.
