Updated on October 9, 2023, by Christopher Norman Worcester: The recent release of the 2.0 Update, and the Phantom Liberty DLC, has changed many minor details of several important aspects of Cyberpunk 2077. With this in mind, this update will not only address any changes to the location of the Lizzie Iconic Pistol, but also provide a new video guide to help players locate it easier.

While the Militech M-76e Omaha serves as one of the simpler pistols in Cyberpunk 2077, it’s the Lizzie Iconic Pistol named after the in-game celebrity Lizzie Borden herself, whose Lizzie’s Bar is also under her care until ownership passed on to the Moxes. In Cyberpunk 2077, the Moxes are considered one of the more morally-aligned factions in Night City due to their reputation for protecting the less fortunate, particularly entertainers.

Players interested in the pistol may be delighted by its rather sharp pink coloration that strongly follows the color scheme of Lizzie’s Bar, reflecting both its origin and a traditional feminine aesthetic that isn’t immediately present in Cyberpunk 2077. Thankfully, players who want to acquire this pistol for their collection shouldn’t fret as this isn’t extremely hard to get. Rather, players simply need to know where to get the Lizzie Iconic Pistol and get it before they’re even caught.

The Iconic Lizzie Pistol Update 2.0 Changes

As many players will realize, the 2.0 update has completely overhauled the weapon stat system. This means that the information players are used to seeing, which was based around a 'damage per second' system, is now completely different - at least visually. The Lizzie Iconic Pistol now has the following stats:

Legendary Tier 5:

CP2077-Lizzie-New-Stats

Attack Speed: 5.53

Damage: 53.23

Reload Speed: 1

Effective Range: 24.00

Weapon Handling: 7.36

  • +150 Headshot Damage Multiplier
  • +50% Armor Penetration
  • 0.85 Sec Charge Time

An Overview: What’s The Lizzie Iconic Pistol, Anyway?

The Lizzie in combat

As Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay showed players, weapons only get the Iconic rarity by virtue of their status as armaments of NPCs and figures in the game. The Lizzie Iconic Pistol has acquired such a fame by being the handgun of choice of Elizabeth “Lizzie” Borden, a recently-passed NPC who is frequently mentioned across Night City, especially in the original Cyberpunk TTRPG.

Players wouldn’t immediately notice the Lizzie unless they explore the bar properly during one of the beginning stages of the game. And while the handgun isn’t necessarily the most powerful in the title, its novelty and “collector’s value” makes it worth the acquisition.

Who Is Lizzie Borden Of Lizzie's Bar?

Lizzie's Bar

In the Cyberpunk TTRPG that built the world of Cyberpunk 2077, Lizzie Borden is one of the more prominent figures of Uptown Mall not just for her status as a joy girl but also as a protector of her fellow workers. She’s known for resorting to brutal tactics when harming those who become violent to her fellow joy girls and prostitutes, becoming a force of nature in the red-light district of the dystopian cyberpunk TTRPG.

Her reputation has earned her fans and supporters, which may have eventually helped her establish her own strip club called Lizzie’s Bar in Kabuki, Watson. On top of being a popular location in Cyberpunk 2077, Lizzie’s Bar is also a popular choice for socialization in Cyberpunk campaigns set in Night City.

What Happened To Lizzie In Cyberpunk 2077?

Eagle-eyed fans may notice that the world of Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t just the same setting as that of the original Cyberpunk TTRPG, but also its sequel. Given its setting decades after the Cyberpunk 2020 RPG, fans of Lizzie and some of the world’s most iconic characters might be interested in their fate once V enters their lives.

CD Projekt Red's open-world game Cyberpunk 2077 is far from being perfect, but quite a bit has been improved since its controversial launch.

Unfortunately, Lizzie Borden has passed away in 2067 after members of the Tyger Claws killed her in retaliation for killing some of their gang brethren. In Lizzie’s defense, this was out of revenge for the brutal assault and death of a joy girl in Lizzie’s territory. Prior to her death, Lizzie had displayed the corpses of the girl’s abusers in front of her bar, reminding everyone that this is the fate of those who abuse joy girls and other entertainers.

What Happened To Lizzie’s Bar?

Players of Cyberpunk 2077 might not even notice how Lizzie’s Bar has become a popular quest location throughout their stay in the game. And given its current business success, fans may not necessarily wonder as to the origins of the bar anyway. This is all thanks to the Moxes, a small gang of non-terrorists composed majorly of punks, anarchies, sexual minorities, and even sex workers.

Unlike other gangs that have formed due to some need to prove their supremacy or even spread influence, the Moxes have banded in the need for mutual self-defense from oppressors in the form of both corporations and other powerful gangs. The Lizzie’s Bar has become their current headquarters, with its success owed largely to Susanna “Q” Quinn, whose transformation of the Moxes into an enterprise transformed their small group into a formidable faction in Night City.

Lizzie Iconic Pistol Stats

Before players proceed in acquiring the Lizzie Iconic Pistol in Cyberpunk 2077, they might be interested in learning all about its stats first. • Iconic Tech Weapon: As mentioned, the Lizzie being an NPC-owned weapon means it has special characteristics that set it apart from its regular counterpart. Being a Tech Weapon, the Lizzie uses the same ammunition as Power Weapons but can be powerful enough to pierce walls and cover via a full charge.
  • DPS: 203.0, 10-13 Damage, 17 Attacks Per Second: Lizzie has an inherent quality of firing an extra round per shot, further increasing its DPS potential.
  • 13% Burn Chance: On top of its 9-11 Thermal Damage, the Lizzie having a Burn Chance can become a great debuff when fighting multiple opponents. Being an inherent quality means there’s no need for players to use resources in upgrading this weapon.
  • 150% Headshot Damage: Players who like to show off or even train their aim may want to practice their headshots. With the Lizzie being a pistol, the incentive to headshot damage can be motivating for players to train their aim.

How To Acquire The Lizzie Pistol

Location of Lizzie

Unlike other Iconic Weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay, it’s not as difficult to acquire the Lizzie Pistol. If players explore the game early enough, the Lizzie Pistol may actually be the first Iconic Weapon they may own - allowing them to boost their gameplay a bit by improving their early-game DPS. In that regard, here are some things to consider when trying to get the Lizzie Pistol:

Get This First: Automatic Love, After The Space In Between

Similar to other games, some weapons and areas only become accessible once players complete a certain mission. In the case of the Lizzie Pistol, the Iconic Weapon only becomes available after unlocking The Space In Between. This is a Main Job or a story mission that players acquire after “Automatic Love,” which is also part of the main questline.

While the Lizzie is available as soon as players finish “The Information” that also takes place in Lizzie’s Bar, it’s more fitting in terms of players transitioning from one quest to the next to acquire Lizzie in the interim between “Automatic Love” and “The Space In Between.”

Lizzie’s Location

After completing “The Space In Between,” the Lizzie Pistol will now have a permanent location. Players can find the Pistol inside Lizzie’s once they head to the basement level, which players enter via a dressing room located in the back of the club.

While Judy’s Braindance operating room is a recognizable area in the basement, players should instead turn right and away from the server area. This should lead them to a room with a zebra-striped carpet, which should then have a coffee table with the pink Lizzie Pistol.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available on the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia
