Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release on November 17, and with it, an entire world of factions, criminals, and corporations ready to be encountered and torn apart. One such character is Evelyn Parker, who was recently teased by CD Projekt Red.

The amount of content in Cyberpunk 2077 will be exhaustive. Set in the year 2077, as the title suggests, the open-world takes place in Night City. It's a first-person game putting players in the role of V, a mercenary with an ambiguous background decided by the player, which ranges from one of Cyberpunk 2077's corporate backgrounds to life as a street urchin. A plethora of characters can be interacted with by V, all of which who hold lore or critical information needed for quests and missions.

One such character has been introduced by CD Projekt Red, an aspiring actress by the name of Evelyn Parker. She supposedly holds important information regarding the heist fixer Dexter DeShawn, who appears in Cyberpunk 2077's gameplay trailers,  hired V and Jackie for. Players meet her in the prologue of the game in Lizzie's Bar, and V is able to relive her memories through a process recurring throughout the Cyberpunk series known as braindance. According to CD Projekt Red, Evelyn had hoped to become a professional actress, and it led her to her current career at the Doll House.

Evelyn is a member of The Mox, one of the many gangs in Night City, based out of Lizzie's Bar. The Mox formed just a year before the game takes place in 2076 after the death of Elizabeth "Lizzie" Borden, a strip club owner. She's noted to have treated her workers well and had defended them from violent clients, but died in 2076. The details surrounding her death are currently unknown.  The gang, led by Judy Alvarez, refer to themselves as "those who protect working girls and guys."

These are all of the known details surrounding the newly revealed Evelyn Parker, but gamers can expect her to play a major role in the game, as seen in the trailer.

Cyberpunk is a long-time franchise, and until 2077, was mainly developed into dystopian tabletop role-playing games, most notably Cyberpunk 2020 and Cyberpunk Red. But it looks like Chinese developer Tencent Game has revealed its own Cyberpunk title, which will further delve into Night City's stories.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release November 19th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with Stadia, PS5, and Xbox Series X versions to follow.
