The Xbox Series X boasts incredible power and a great roster of games that have been optimized for performance. For that reason, it should come as no surprise that the new Xbox console has been coveted by fans, especially amid shipping issues and global shortages. Many Xbox players have been searching for the Xbox Series X, though there haven't been lots of opportunities to snag one. Fortunately, Xbox is teaming up with Marvel to give away a Mjolnir-themed Series X as a promotion for Thor.

Thor: Love and Thunder promises funny moments and entertainment for fans of Chris Hemsworth's God of Thunder. There have been promotions, trailers, and sneak-peeks for the upcoming film and now, in a partnership with Xbox, fans can win a console that looks like the weapon of a god.

In a tweet from the official Xbox account, the Xbox team gave players a peek at a limited edition Series X console. The system resembles Mjolnir, with a metallic paint job, Asgardian markings, and Thor's leather handle with its classic strap. The Xbox is also branded with a Thor: Love and Thunder badge and is "cracked," which fans of Thor: Ragnarok will certainly appreciate. This is an exciting development for gamers who want to get their hands on a Series X console, especially now that there are so many great multiplayer titles on Xbox Game Pass.

In order for players to win the new Xbox, they will have to retweet the original post featuring the custom console with the hashtag ThorLoveandThunderXboxSweepstakes. While the system itself looks to be completely customized, there is no mention of a controller to go pair with the Series X.

Plenty of players have used their talents to modify their Xbox consoles, but the new Thor Series X is one of the few customized editions officially available for someone to win. And, while it's a shame that everyone can't have a Mjolnir gaming system, all gamers can appreciate the intense level of detail that went into crafting the console. Indeed, as rumors about a Marvel fighting game circulate, an MCU-themed Xbox Series X might be exactly what some dedicated fans will wish to play on. No matter who the custom Xbox goes to, though, it can't be denied that the console itself is an epic piece of artwork, one which is promoting a film that is likely to be equally fascinating.
