Cuphead has a unique 1930s style to it and has been the source of inspiration for many terrific pieces of fan art. From Inkwell Isle restaurant menus to fully animated cartoons, it seems fans have done it all -- except for highly detailed 3D sculptures, but now Reddit user and YouTuber Kalash_a has taken care of that with their amazing Devil sculpture.

The meticulous work is made out of polymer clay and was built in tons of separate pieces that were then joined with small wooden rods and heavy-duty glue. Next, Kalash_a took a paintbrush to the sculpture, adding a splash of color to the already impressive model. The skillful paint job adds further dimension to the Devil while perfectly capturing the Cuphead aesthetic.

Much like the artist drawing every Super Smash Bros. character in Cuphead's art style, Kalash_a then took to Reddit to show their creation to the world. Fellow Cuphead fans on Reddit were impressed with the YouTube video showing the art piece and its construction process, with several comments praising the work.

Cuphead remains as popular as ever, and the world will certainly continue to see more and more pieces of fan art inspired by the Inkwell Isle adventures of Cuphead and Mugman. With The Delicious Last Course DLC still coming out at some point in the future, hopefully Kalash_a is inspired to create more Cuphead sculptures as Studio MDHR continues to support the game. Regardless, viewing their work on the Devil sculpture is almost enough to have made the torture of fighting that boss worth it for many gamers.

Cuphead is available for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
