Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout recently made the transition from paid package to free-to-play in June, and while it wasn't an entirely smooth process, the game has seen quite a bit of success. This also saw Fall Guys finally being released on Nintendo Switch and Xbox alongside this model shift, with a brand-new monetization scheme and progression system. The popularity of the game continues to endure, as it has seen a variety of crossover guest costumes in the past few months.

This includes a number of crossovers, with Fall Guys partnering up with a variety of indie and AAA video games to bring fun and wacky costumes based on the property. One of the most recent collaborations was another Sonic the Hedgehog crossover with Fall Guys, where players can dress up as some of their favorite characters from the series. This includes Sonic himself, his super form, Knuckles, and even Dr. Eggman. Another set of crossover costumes will be coming back to the game soon, the ones based on Studio MDHR's indie hit Cuphead.

Cuphead had collaborated with Fall Guys once before, offering players the chance to get costumes that dressed them up as Cuphead or his pal Mugman. This re-run will not only see the return of the Cuphead and Mugman costumes but will also see fans donning a costume based on Ms. Chalice. Both Studio MDHR and the official Fall Guys Twitter account celebrated this announcement with a render of what the new costume looks like. It is based on Ms. Chalice's appearance in the Delicious Last Course DLC, giving her the same blue dress with her head comprising the top. These costumes will be available for a few days, running from August 20-24.

With this limited time frame in mind, fans should be looking to save up crowns if they're looking to get her from the in-game store. The previous collaboration costumes between Cuphead and Fall Guys would only come back in another limited-time event that brought fan favorite crossover costumes back at the end of 2021.

This collaboration between Cuphead and Fall Guys is pretty appropriate, considering that the Delicious Last Course launched near the end of June. Not only that, the Cuphead cartoon on Netflix had recently premiered its latest batch of Episodes on the streaming service, looking to continue on from its cliffhanger ending from the first run of episodes. Studio MHDR is even celebrating this premiere with a giveaway of free download codes for Cuphead's base game and its DLC.

Fall Guys is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
