The Nintendo eShop is currently offering massive discounts for some of Activision's most popular games for the Nintendo Switch. The big Activision Sale is currently live right now until February 21 and is once again offering deals for the remakes of Spyro the Dragon and a couple of Crash Bandicoot games.

Headlining Activision's sale is Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, which is the remake of the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy that was originally developed by Naughty Dog for the PlayStation during the 90s. The trilogy features Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped into one single package and is currently available for $19.99, which is 50% cheaper than its list price of $39.99.

Another Crash Bandicoot game that is available for cheap at the Nintendo eShop is Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled. The game is available for $23.99 from $39.99 and is the remake of the 1999 game, Crash Team Racing. Apart from upgraded visuals and redesigned character models, Nitro-Fueled also introduced several new tracks, characters, and various new features, such as the ability to customize karts, that weren't included in the original game.

Apart from Crash Bandicoot, Nintendo's Activision sale also offers Spyro Reignited Trilogy, which is the remake of the first three Spyro the Dragon games. The trilogy includes the new versions of Spyro The Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon. The game is available for $19.99, which is also 50% off its original price of $39.99.

Several days ago, leaks surfaced online on what appears to be a new Crash Bandicoot game that Activision is reportedly working on. The reports claim that the still-unannounced game will be a mobile title, and will be developed by King, the studio behind the Candy Crush Saga. While specific details about the rumored game are still unknown, the leaked images suggest that the mobile game will be an endless running title that will also feature a base-building mechanic. While the images appear to be legitimate, fans should take the rumor with a grain of salt until Activision makes an official announcement.

Meanwhile, Switch players who are looking for other deals for the console would be happy to know that Walmart is currently offering discounts for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. The games were released last November and serve as the first titles for the eighth-generation of Pokemon games. Pokemon Sword and Shield are available at Walmart for $49 each, which is 18% cheaper than their original price of $59.99.
