As players build up their kingdoms in Cookie Run Kingdom, rarer and rarer materials are needed to make some of the later upgrades. Because of this, players will need to rely on new methods in order to get materials they cannot produce themselves. This is done by trading through various means.

There are multiple ways to trade goods and materials in Cookie Run Kingdom with each having their own special rewards and benefits. Players additionally don't need to choose which trading method they want to pursue as all of them can be participated in at the same time.

Not all of the trading methods will be open to players at the start of the game. As players upgrade their kingdom level and their castle level though, more of these methods will become open and available. All of these methods will additionally give players trading points during Golden Age of Trade events.

Tree of Wishes

The first trading option made available to players is the Tree of Wishes. This tree allows players to read the wishes of the various Cookies residing in their kingdom and allow them to send over the item or items they desire.

When granting a Cookie's wish, players will get the immediate reward of coins and kingdom experience. The more valuable a good is when it's traded, the higher the reward will be. Cookies will only wish for goods and materials that players are able to produce, but players can still refresh the wish if they don't have the required items or they don't want to trade them away.

During a single day, players will get special bonus rewards after granting ten wishes, then fifteen wishes, then twenty wishes. This means players can get all of the rare rewards from the Tree of Wishes by granting 45 wishes a day.

Bear Jelly Train Station

After players upgrade their castle to level four, they will be able to get access to the Bear Jelly Train Station. It will start off with one train with additional trains being made available after castle level six and castle level eight.

When a train first arrives, it will come with a request for specific goods and materials to be loaded onto the train. This cannot be refreshed like the Tree of Wishes, but the more time-consuming a good is, the better reward it will give after being loaded onto the train.

Once the train is completely loaded up, it will depart and return after a few hours. After coming back, players will get rewards that could include coins, crystals, kingdom experience, rare materials, treasure tickets, and topping pieces.

Trade Harbor

After players upgrade their castle to at least level six, they will gain access to the trade harbor questline. This will allow players to construct the Trading Port, which is a small market that allows players to trade their materials and goods for other items. If players have an excess of certain items without a real use for them, this can be a good way to clear out some storage space.

If players upgrade their castle to level eight and already have the Trading Port, they will be able to upgrade it to Touc's Trade Harbor. This new upgrade will still feature the Trading Port, renamed to the Seaside Market, but also contains the docks and the Rainbow Shell Gallery, which is a good place to look for Cookie Cutters.

At the dock, players can load up various goods and materials of their choice onto the boat. Each item has its own internal rarity value, which players can see increase as the boat is loaded up.

Players can only load up to 50 of a certain item onto the boat per day with two items being picked every day to have double the normal value. The more filled up the ship is before it is sent off, the more rewards players will get the next day when it returns.
