After the success of its last mobile game, Cookie Run Ovenbreak, Devsisters is back with a new title that does things differently, yet still has the same amount of charm. Released at the start of this year, Cookie Run Kingdom has a lot to offer its players, both new and old. With everything available, the game can be a bit overwhelming, along with just a bit slow if players aren't sure how to level up their kingdom fast. With the tips in this guide, players will watch their levels rise as fast as possible, while also netting other nice rewards to help them along the way.

The Kingdom Level in Cookie Run Kingdom is marked by a yellow crown with a number on it, shown on the main screen at all times outside of battles and similar menus. This isn't to be confused with players' Cookie Castle level, which is different and much slower to build up. The level of a player's kingdom, not their Castle, serves as their personal level for their account and helps unlock features the higher it gets.

The Kingdom Level also serves as the level cap for players' Cookies, which is very important to remember. Fans can only bring their Cookies' levels as high as their kingdom level, so making sure they get their Kingdom Level as high as possible and fast is very important when they just start out. There are many methods to grind the Kingdom Level, but a few are faster than others.

World Exploration and Quests

Two of the first things players experience in Cookie Run Kingdom are the World Exploration areas and the missions the game gives fans to complete. Both of these are crucial when it comes to raising their Kingdom Level fast. World Exploration sees fans enter a small section where their Cookies either battle or run in regular Cookie Run fashion through the level, ending with an even bigger monster to fight at the end. Beating these sections nets the players' experience, and possibly some story cutscenes, but not much.

Where the experience lies is with the Quests. Those can be found on the right side of the screen with little icons specifying the type of task. Unless the player has played through every Episode of the games' story, there will always be an icon for the game's Story, along with side-story and building upgrade missions. These Quests give a huge amount of EXP when completed and only increase with the players' level. Clearing these is the most fastest and important way to level up quickly.

Expeditions and the Tree of Wishes

While the player is busy running around and clearing the game's quests, there's a way to earn more passive EXP as they play. After fans unlock their kingdom proper, they will unlock the Tree of Wishes, and later, the Balloon Dock for Expeditions. Depending on how far the player is in the game, these methods might not necessarily be the fastest, but they're potent for leveling up if given the time.

The Tree of Wishes is where players can find requests their Cookies make for certain items that can be crafted under a certain amount of time. Early on, these tasks require simple things to make such as Robust Axes Biscuit Flour, which don't take too long, making them very easy to grind. With the Balloon Dock, players can send out select Cookies on an Expedition to locations found in story episodes they've completed, bringing back EXP that increases depending on which episode fans chose to explore. Beyond setting up the Expedition team, the player only has to tell the balloon when to leave, and it will automatically come back within a certain time frame.

As players work on completing the tasks the game gives them, they can use their buildings to produce items for Wishes and come back from completing story Quests to claim EXP from Balloon Expeditions without much effort. While the grind naturally slows as fans play, they can always use these methods together in order to maximize their output to its fullest potential.

Cookie Run Kingdom is available now on iOS and Android.
