Like with many other gacha games, there are multiple sections and categories when it comes to Cookie Run Kingdom's gacha system. One of these categories is the guild gacha, a special gacha that only accepts a currency known as Heroic Torches.
Unlike crystals, which are usually used for normal gacha pulls, Heroic Torches normally need to be earned in more specific ways in Cookie Run Kingdom. Heroic Torches additionally can only be used for guild gacha pulls with them serving no other use at this time. Each gacha pull costs 100 Heroic Torches.
Using the guild gacha, there is only one cookie with a rare chance of being drawn. This cookie is Cream Puff Cookie, a support character that can only be obtained through the guild gacha. Players also have the rare chance to draw the Bookseller's Monocle treasure and Cream Puff Cookie's Soulstone. More common pulls will net players different toppings and different levels of Flame of Unity.
Guild Battle
The most consistent way to get Heroic Torches is to participate in the daily guild battles. The goal of the guild battles is to deal as much damage to the Red Velvet Dragon as possible before all of the cookies are defeated, or the timer runs out. Every battle will give players a reward of Heroic Torches.
By defeating the Red Velvet Dragon, all players in the guild will get more Heroic Torches, plus Flames of Unity and Coins. The higher level the dragon is, the better the rewards. Because of this, it's crucial to pick cookies and treasures that excel in damaging a single target.
Tower of Sweet Chaos
Very rarely, Heroic Torches can appear in chests found in the Tower of Sweet Chaos. These can only be redeemed once but can be very helpful for players looking for extra gacha pulls. It's more likely to find these items at higher tower tiers, with them often requiring many keys to unlock the chest they're in.
If players skip a chest containing Heroic Torches to open a cheaper one, they aren't locked out of that chest until the current season of the Tower of Sweet Chaos is over. As long as they have enough keys, players can return to this chest and open it at any time.
Package Purchase
While not in any main store packages, players can spend real money to get more Heroic Torches. They are often bundled with promotion packages for specific cookies such as Cream Puff Cookie. These packages, however, are only available to players for a limited amount of time, so it's up to personal choice whether to buy them or not.
