Call of Duty: WW2 brings back the franchise's popular Nazi Zombies mode, and while there are some changes, like different perks and special abilities, a lot of it should be familiar to fans. Like all the other Zombies modes before it, Nazi Zombies in Call of Duty: WW2 features a mystery box hidden on The Final Reich map that will give players a random weapon if they can spare the 1,000 Jolts to spend on it.

As in previous Call of Duty games, finding the mystery box is integral to success in Call of Duty: WW2's Nazi Zombies mode. However, since the mystery box has a different look this time around, some people have been having difficulty actually finding the thing. To make matters worse, the first place it spawns is inside, meaning that players can't just look for the light in the sky that usually denotes its location.

The first place players will find the mystery box on The Final Reich map is always the Command Room. However, getting there is easier said than done, as players first have to switch on the power. To turn on the power in Call of Duty: WW2's Nazi Zombies mode, first head to the middle of town and take note of the device in its center. There will be a generator nearby as well as a large door that has the word "HALT!" painted on it.

There are three tubes connected to the generator that lead to three different valves. Follow the tubes to reach the valves and then turn them. Only one of the valves will make players buy another door to get to it. Those playing solo will want to do this between rounds as turning the valve takes some time and leaves players defenseless. At any rate, once all the valves are turned, activate the device in the middle of town to cause an explosion.

The explosion will leave a large hole in the middle of town that players can fall through to reach a burning tunnel. Follow this tunnel to find the power switch. Flip it on and the door to the Command Room (the one with "HALT!" painted on it) will open up, so go back to the surface and enter it. This is also the first step to completing The Final Reich Easter Egg, so it's important to remember exactly how to do this.

The mystery box will be located in the main part of the Command Room, immediately on the left as players enter, right next to stairs that lead up to the Tesla Gun weapon assembly station. Like in past Call of Duty games, the mystery will box will eventually disappear after so many uses, but players will just need to look for the light in the sky to find it again.

Call of Duty: WW2 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
