Call of Duty: Warzone is still one of the hottest games out at the moment, and Treyarch has been supporting it with new content since it took the reins. Now, Season 4: Reloaded - the next major update for Warzone - is just a few days away, launching on July 15. Along with the update, Warzone is getting a new playable operator and additional store bundles.

This time around, Call of Duty players will be gaining access to Weaver, a one-eyed CIA agent that will be added as a NATO operator to both Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. Weaver will be available through the Tracer Pack: Weaver Operator Bundle, which will grant players access to the new character and his "Kremlin's Eye" Operator Skin, plus three legendary weapons and a new finishing move, where he "fools the undead into ripping an enemy limb from limb."

Long time Call of Duty fans might recognize Weaver, as he's been featured in several other games throughout franchise history, originally showing up in the first Black Ops game. Weaver isn't quite as notable as some of the other characters found in the series, though he is closely tied with the lore of the Black Ops sub-series. In the context of Cold War, Weaver is apparently trying to rescue Raptor-1 from Kravchenko. Kravchenko is responsible for Weaver's missing eye, so there's just a touch of animosity there.

On top of Weaver's bundle, several others will come to the in-game store with Season 4 Reloaded. The most notable is the Special Ops Pro pack, a six-item bundle that will available for $20. The Special Ops Pro Pack will feature a legendary skin for Portnova and two legendary weapon blueprints, along with 2,400 COD Points that can be applied to other bundles, battle passes, or whatever else a player wants to do with the currency.

According to the blog post announcing the content, dozens of more bundles will be added to the game for the remainder of Season 4, though three highlights include the Tracer Pack: Mothership Mastercraft, Tracer Pack: Firestorm Maxis Mastercraft, and Magma Fury. Each bundle will come with its own legendary weapon blueprints for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, and the Magma Fury bundle will include a new skin for Operator Knight.

It's a decent amount of new content for Warzone and Black Ops Cold War, so fans should certainly have a good number of items to keep their eyes on. Regular content updates keep the games alive, and it's unlikely that it'll slow down anytime soon.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
