Next week, Call of Duty fans can look forward to the start of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5, expected to bring with it a number of changes to the battle royale game. So far, Activision has mostly kept quiet about what fans can expect from Warzone Season 5, just releasing cryptic teasers instead of offering any concrete details. However, a new tweet by the official Call of Duty Twitter account has fueled speculation that the Season 5 update will open the doors to Stadium.

For the uninitiated, Stadium is one the of the only buildings in Call of Duty: Warzone that players can't explore, and so fans have long predicted that it would one day open up its doors. Some of the official Warzone teasers have suggested as much as well, and now this new tweet seems to further support the theory. The official Call of Duty Twitter account tweeted out an image of Stadium, asking fans what they would name it. The tweet then added, "Our doors are open to ideas."

The Call of Duty Twitter account is clearly having fun with Warzone fans who are excited to see what Season 5 has in store, and the many who believe that Stadium will finally be opening its doors as part of next week's update. Unfortunately, it seems as though fans will have to wait until next week's patch notes to learn more.

In the meantime, Stadium opening up isn't the only change that's been teased for the Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale map as part of Season 5. Activision has also teased that moving trains are coming to the Warzone map, with leakers claiming that these trains will have high-value loot aboard them. Trains have been featured in other battle royale games, so it will definitely be interesting to see how they impact Warzone players' strategies.

If past Call of Duty: Warzone seasons are any indication, Warzone Season 5 will also feature some brand new guns for players to add to their collection, either through completing challenges or by unlocking them in the Battle Pass. Warzone Season 5 Battle Pass details have yet to be announced, but fans can expect a full rundown once the Season itself has been revealed next week.

And in the meantime, those who have yet to complete the Season 4 Battle Pass have until next Tuesday, August 4 to do so.

Call of Duty: Warzone is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
