Activision Blizzard has confirmed the upcoming release of Warzone 2.0, but the original Call of Duty: Warzone continues to get new content, weapons, and balancing through regular updates. One of the big additions coming with Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 is a map known as Fortune's Keep that will be added to the rotation in the near future.

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 ends on June 22, which is when Season 4 rolls out with a patch that will bring with it plenty of changes from a Battle Pass and more weapons to the new Fortune's Keep map. Season 3's Classified Arms and Operation Monarch saw big changes made to the Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Caldera in preparation for a big Kaiju battle between Godzilla and King Kong. Activision Blizzard hasn't confirmed any major collaborations like the one Call of Duty: Warzone had with the Caldera in Season 3, but a recent trailer detailed the much smaller Fortune's Keep map.

Sharing some layout resemblance with Call of Duty: Warzone's Rebirth Island, Fortune's Keep has a winery with a bell tower, six giant wine barrels, and tight corridors with a view from a catwalk above. The aesthetic of Call of Duty: Warzone's Fortune's Keep has architecture like the Call of Duty: Vanguard map Tuscan around a large keep that is much like the central area of Rebirth Island, which continues the placement similarities. This keep boasts twenty cannons, ten staircases, twelve rooms, and a large fountain that acts as a landmark for players to congregate after the initial looting.

There are rows of colorful houses in Fortune's Keep in place of the smaller buildings surrounding the central area of Rebirth Island, while Smuggler's Cove maintains the theme of the main Warzone map. Smuggler's Cove looks the most like Warzone's Pacific Caldera as there are several huts and boats, as well as a puncture in the landscape with many ladders and ziplines in place for players to traverse the area.

Although some Call of Duty: Warzone fans have lamented the potential replacement of Rebirth Island with Season 4's Fortune's Keep, others have praised the changes made to the dated map already inspired by Call of Duty: Blackout's Alcatraz. Many Call of Duty: Warzone fans are hoping that Rebirth Island is kept alongside Fortune's Keep so that they can swap between the two smaller maps and the much larger Caldera, but it's currently unclear if both will be available. Because of its layout similarities with Rebirth Island, some seasoned Call of Duty: Warzone players have warned newer players about potential camping that will ensue with Season 4.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
