The Red Doors in Call of Duty: Warzone offer a great opportunity for loot and fast-travel options. Despite this, a reoccurring issue from the original release of Verdansk '84's map update is causing problems for Red Door users. Call of Duty: Warzone fans are growing frustrated as map exploits bypass the safety of the secret loot rooms.

The Red Doors were added in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4, and they appeared across the game's map. Players explored this new travel option, and it wasn't long before some found a game-breaking issue. Call of Duty: Warzone fans are once again dealing with a map glitch that is giving cheaters access to the Red Door loot rooms.

When the map originally changed, fans called out Warzone exploit locations to aid players in avoiding problematic areas. While that was a temporary solution, the same fix can not apply to this new map exploit issue. Call of Duty: Warzone players are turning the supposed safe rooms into death traps by hiding beneath the floor.

In a clip posted by Tugger789, the problem is showcased as the fan travels through one of the Red Doors. As they spawn into the room, they are immediately assaulted from underneath the floorboards. As the kill cam appears, players can see one fan hiding under the floor and eliminating Tugger789 from their unreachable hiding spot.

For any fan hoping to score some extra loot out of the new Red Door opportunity, this bug creates a definite threat. Call of Duty: Warzone map exploits have been slowly patched by the developers, but this may be the most impactful version of the exploit to appear thus far.

Players in the comments share that they have also been killed in several of the Red Door loot rooms. With the doors teleporting players randomly, it is often hard to know exactly how many rooms are compromised or if a player will appear in them. Call of Duty: Warzone fans are advised to take Red Doors with caution as an unexpected cheater could quickly end a profitable looting opportunity.

The game's developers have already created a tag on the Call of Duty Trello marking the problem as "Monitoring." The fact that the team is aware of the problem suggests a fix may be coming quickly for fans. Call of Duty: Warzone map exploits are generally considered an easy fix, but there is no telling when a patch will be officially added to the game.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
