Every Season brings new Call of Duty: Warzone missions for players to accomplish for additional rewards. From gathering extra experience to earning secret blueprints, these challenges provide goals for players to accomplish aide from just winning a match. Warzone fans are quick to rush through each mission leaving only the difficult ones left to finish.
Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 had an intel mission built into it as well. Each intel mission provides lore to the world of Verdansk and the many battles that take place there. The newest of these intel missions brings players to discover "The Lost Team" by scouring the map looking for packages of information.
The idea is that a team of operatives crashed in Verdansk and have not made contact. It is up to the players to find out what happened to this team and bring back information to Ghost for debriefing. There are four packets of information in Warzone Season 5 scattered around the map waiting to be discovered. Although this guide list them in a particular order, the intel locations can be completed in any order the player prefers.
Intel 1
The first intel spot can be found underground in Warzone's Verdansk Airport drop zone. After traveling through the tunnels, players will come across several sandbags and a beacon. The beacon will be set up against the tunnel wall. This is located on the northern edge of airport so be sure not the get lost in the southern tunnels. All players need to do is approach the beacon and accept the prompt to continue to the next location.
Intel 2
The second piece of intel is located in the housing area south of the Superstore. In one of the northern buildings, there is a room that looks like a small office. In that office is a stack of papers that will prompt players to interact with them providing another valuable piece of intel. The papers can be a little hard to spot at first as they are next to the desk rather than on it.
Intel 3
Next, travel to the city hall located Downtown and try to spot a burning smoke. Next to the city hall is a crashed helicopter in Warzone which inside holds the next piece of intel in this mission. It is next to one of the burning skyscrapers and in the middle of a three-way road. Players must climb inside of the helicopter to gain the intel for the mission.
Intel 4
The next intel mission is broken into three parts. Players must travel to the top of three distinct radio towers throughout the map. Although this does not all have to be done in one game, navigating to each tower can be a difficult challenge. The easiest one to get to is just south of TV Station. Once at the top, accept the prompt and head to the next tower. Players are advised to grab any nearby Warzone helicopters for faster travel to additional towers.
The second tower is located on the southern edge of the map directly across from the Port. It is located in the middle of a park and is standing relatively alone making it easy to see from far away distances.
The last tower is found at the edge of Promenade West to the south-west side. This tower is located just outside of two buildings and a buy station. This should be the final tower and the end of the intel mission.
With everything claimed players can now go through the intel in the game menu and read through the evolving story of Verdansk.
