Activision has officially pulled the curtain back on the big Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update. Launching Thursday, July 15, Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded will be an 8.9 GB download on PlayStation consoles, 9.2 GB download on Xbox consoles and those with only Warzone on their PC, and a 10.4 GB download for those that have both Warzone and Modern Warfare on their PC. But in exchange for their precious storage space, Call of Duty: Warzone fans can look forward to quite a bit of content.

The big new addition to Call of Duty: Warzone with the Season 4 Reloaded update is the Payload game mode. Payload is Call of Duty: Warzone's first-ever objective-based mode, with two teams of 20 players battling it out. One team is the attack team with the goal of escorting vehicles across checkpoints within the time limit, while the defending team tries to stop their progress. Players will be able to utilize their Warzone custom loadouts while playing the mode.

The standard Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale experience will be getting a new Killstreak for players to try in the meantime. Call of Duty: Warzone's latest Killstreak is the Sentry Gun, which has had a consistent presence in the Call of Duty franchise over the years. Call of Duty: Warzone players will find the Sentry Gun Killstreak in Red Door room supply boxes, meaning it's going to be fairly rare compared to other Killstreaks in the game.

Speaking of the Red Doors, Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded is shaking up how the Red Doors work. Specific details are unavailable at this time, but Activision has teased that the Call of Duty: Warzone Red Doors will become "more mysterious" with the new update. It seems as though Call of Duty: Warzone players will have to wait until the Season 4 Reloaded update is live to figure out how the Red Doors are changing.

There will be more content to look forward to later in the season as well. Specifically, Activision has confirmed the new Blueprint Blitz event type for Call of Duty: Warzone. The gimmick is that Call of Duty: Warzone Contraband Contracts will automatically spawn after players have successfully completed two regular contracts. Completing the Contraband Contracts unlocks blueprints for use in Call of Duty: Warzone along with some cash that players can use in the match. These blueprints will be from previous seasons, giving players that missed them the first time around another chance to add them to their collection.

All of this is on top of Call of Duty: Warzone's new gifting feature. After downloading the Season 4 Reloaded update, players can gift the Call of Duty: Warzone Battle Pass and store bundles to each other. Needless to say, Activision and Raven Software are going all-out with Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, so it should be an exciting time for fans of the battle royale.

Call of Duty: Warzone is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
