Call of Duty: Warzone can sometimes be a frantic fight for survival. Starting with a pistol and limited ammo, players need to scavenge for resources to defend themselves in a fight. While ammo is not that hard to find, some players are taking advantage of a new Call of Duty: Warzone bug that creates an infinite ammo loop.

Running out of ammo in a Call of Duty: Warzone gunfight is a death sentence. If a player fails to conserve their ammunition, they can easily be left undefended against well-geared opponents. While the standard answer is to stockpile ammo, this bug makes it completely unnecessary.

In a clip posted to Reddit by double-extra-medium, players can clearly see the process of generating an infinite ammo loop in Call of Duty: Warzone. While it seems that the gun is not actually generating ammo, players will note that the reload sequence is not consuming it. By dropping a piece of ammo on the ground, starting the reload animation, and then picking it up again, players can clearly see the ammo in their gun replenish while the stored ammo count stays at the same number.

The concept is similar to the bug spawning infinite Call of Duty: Warzone Juggernaut suits across the map. By tricking the game into simultaneously using and not using an item, the player can retain the equipment while gaining its benefits.

Some Call of Duty: Warzone fans say that this glitch has no danger of ruining the game. Players are less worried about an enemy having infinite ammo and more worried about whether or not they can use it appropriately. Yet, this glitch is using the Juggernaut method, which makes it nearly as dangerous by default.

It is unclear to what extent this glitch works, as many fans wonder if it would have the same effect on Stopping Rounds. While Call of Duty: Warzone fans rarely run out of ammo in a fight, this glitch still provides an unfair advantage to anyone using it.

The game's community in the comments wonders if there are even further problems with the in-game animation cycle. This is only the second Call of Duty: Warzone glitch to implement the error, but there could be more problems on the horizon. Fans are hoping that Infinity Ward will soon repair the problem, but no news has been shared as to a resolution for this glitch.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
