Call of Duty: Warzone continues its unexpectedly extended Season 3 campaign, as fans eagerly wait for an announcement on Season 4. While they wait, players continue to suggest ideas that might improve the overall experience, including changes to the HUD.

The Warzone community is very active on forums like Reddit, where players will post bugs they find, list ways to improve the game, or air their grievances when looting armor satchels proves to be nearly impossible at times. While not every issue is seen by someone on developer Infinity Ward's team, there have been cases where issues brought up in a thread lead to changes in the game.

One Redditor is hoping the devs see their proposed changes to the player HUD, which would make communication between teammates much better in Call of DutyWarzone. Having done a mock-up of their idea (seen below), user guispfilho puts forth that small icons on the HUD showing what items teammates have would be a huge improvement to Warzone. When players need to make quick judgments on how to allocate resources, seeing who has what with a glance at the HUD would certainly help teams communicate faster. Sharing armor plates, or knowing who has a UAV, is vital information when the circles begin to close in on the end game.

The thread discusses the different roles players tend to take when they run with their usual squads and how this might benefit their communication. The advantage of including icons on the HUD would allow for players to toss armor plates at a teammate without having to ask, saving crucial seconds. So far, being able to know what each teammate has by peeking down at the HUD seems to be well received by community members. Players of Warzone might be unsure of what the fix might be for unbalanced melee damage in the game, but this fanmade HUD design is a hit.

When gaming communities discuss amongst themselves how to improve a game, or uncover some new easter egg, working together can be a beautiful thing. The mysterious Bunker 11 has brought together a number of Redditors to try and make sense of the secrets found inside. the clues found within might hint at changes to the Verdansk map in Warzone, or the rumored upcoming Black Ops: Cold War.

While an improved HUD would do wonders for some teams' communication, there are other things in the game that cannot be fixed. Call of Duty: Warzone is an ever-changing beast, and players continue to suggest ideas that might make the better for all.
