Ever since the game became a major new part of the streaming scene, Call of Duty: Warzone has been receiving some solid pieces of constructive criticism from some of the biggest names on Twitch, Mixer, and other prominent streaming platforms. From Ninja discussing the issues with hackers in online games to CouRage taking fire at the game's bizarre leveling system, it seems the streaming community has a lot to say about the state of the game.

One name advocating for a series of major improvements is Dr DisRespect, who has been far from shy when it comes to critiquing the newest game on the battle royale scene. In prior weeks, he had some choice words about the title's audio design, claiming it was one of the game's worst aspects, while he's also made a point to discuss how overpowered certain vehicles and explosives are. Yet, recently, he had some new ideas about what he'd do with the game's signature Gulag mechanic in future updates.

"No perks, no equipment, and your ideal weapon to take in there," the Doc stated, putting his elevator pitch out to his fanbase during a stream of the game. "No RPGs or explosives. You could take your decked out MP5, decked out AR, decked out LMG, maybe even a sniper, and that's it." He went on to solidify the idea, stating "Just straight up, solid weapons, and whatever your create-a-class is around it." There's no denying that it would be an interesting take on Warzone's prominent feature, providing a balanced playing ground where combatants could go head to head wielding whichever weapons they're most accustomed to using.

Not all fans were exactly sold on the idea, however, with some claiming that the Doc's idea could lead to players finding ways to exploit the feature. The streamer was quick to remind viewers it was just an open discussion, before, in classic fashion for the larger than life gaming icon, hilariously gesturing to the background and stating "take it easy guys... it's just an idea on the whiteboard. Hey, don't kick me out the office. I've been working at Infinity Ward for 35 years, you can't kick me out!"

While many are huge fans of Warzone's Gulag feature - which for those who don't play the game, sees dead players compete in a 1 v 1 faceoff for the opportunity to respawn - there's always room for improvement, and with some refinement, Dr DisRespect's idea could be an intriguing shake-up for the mechanic. Whether or not it would make for a better Gulag overall is up for debate, however, it's undeniably an interesting idea all the same.

Call of Duty: Warzone is out now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
