Call of Duty: Warzone is finally available, and players are able to experience the chaos of a 150 player battle royale mode. Since Warzone is new, players are fine-tuning strategies and attempting to understand the new systems and mechanics that the game brings with it. One such system is the use of cash, which players can spend in order to obtain gear.

Cash is vital to any Call of Duty: Warzone player as it allows players to have more flexibility with how they obtain their gear. Once players get the hang of how the cash system works, Warzone matches will begin to get a lot easier.

Luckily, there is a Warzone pre-game tutorial that will explain the mechanics of Warzone to avoid any confusion. In Warzone, players start off the game with no cash, but it will become easily accessible upon landing on the Warzone map. Landing at hot drop locations will yield better results in terms of finding better gear and more cash. Cash can be found randomly on the ground, through loot crates, and by killing opposing players.

If the cash flow isn't steadily streaming, players are more than welcome to search the Warzone map for Contracts. Contracts will display a magnifying glass icon on the player's map and finding one will ask the player to complete a certain task for a reward. Upon completing a contract, the player can earn some extra cash along with other rewards that are contract dependent.

After efficiently earning a good amount of cash, the next thing to do is spend it in order to secure better loot. Players are able to find different "Buy Stations" randomly throughout the Warzone map. Luckily, for players who play in a squad, any profits can be shared with teammates to ensure the whole squad is as geared as possible. This can be done by accessing the inventory and dropping the cash.

Cash is a great way for players to gear up if they are having trouble finding loot around the map, or if they wish to take a more passive route while still gearing up. There are other systems that can help a player with winning a Warzone game, but the cash system is one of the most important, so it is best to look out for some when possible. Perhaps in the future, cash can be used outside of Warzone for options such as customization for players.
