In this case, a Warzone fan has found an unusual use for Deployable Cover. This item is normally used to generate a wall in an empty field and grant cover in an instant. Although it is not a popular field upgrade, it still sees some use in limited situations. Still, there are many professional Warzone players who would add it as the worse field upgrades in Warzone.
The video shows Reddit user xiMontyx and their duo partner-facing down an oncoming truck. The vehicle is spinning widely towards them before it finally aligns itself for a direct charge. Rather than running away, the brave Warzone fan placed down a deployable cover. This stopped the vehicle in its tracks dealing damage to the car before breaking. The second pause is all they needed to gun down the driver causing him to flee and eventually fall to their oppressive gunfire.
This is a rather sudden end for what could have been an epic vehicle kill. Encounters with ATVs, SUVs, and many other vehicles tend to result in crazy Warzone stunts or various other results. Although awesome, it can quickly ruin a good game of Warzone for unsuspecting players.
This clever duo team may have found a way to stop vehicles early, provided their timing is exactly right. One second to slow and they get hit, too fast and the car simply dodges. Similar to how to perform longshots in Warzone, the timing must be perfect when executing this unique maneuver.
Similar to the claymore ATV trick that some fans have been using, this is a situational benefit. Still, the blunt force of a deployable cover mixed with any level of explosive would make this trick even more deadly. It could even be possible to use the one-second delay as a chance to fire off an RPG or Strela launcher and deal with the oncoming assault permanently.
