Call of Duty: Warzone players are constantly trying new strategies and tactical approaches to winning a match. Whether it is stealthy ways to take down enemy teams or finding the best loot locations, there is always something new to learn or try out in Warzone. In one team’s case, they found a great way to loot and take down an enemy team all at once, and all it took was a little C4.

Bunkers are a great place to explore in the battle royale, whether they have the newly discovered nuke or just some quality loot to grab. Reddit user “thebigeasy31” posted a trios video that showcases just how advantageous bunkers can be if players are smart. The video shows the friendly trio stumbling upon a landed helicopter outside of a bunker with an enemy team already inside looting. Rather than rush in and fight the other team, we see the group place C4 on the helicopter and wait.

As soon as the enemy team emerges with their backpacks loaded with weapons and items, they jump into the helicopter and start to leave. The player then blows the planted C4, which destroys the helicopter and the entire enemy team. Like a pinata at a birthday party, the friendly group then goes to take the enemy team’s loot. This works well because of the group mode and, with the ability to gift a Battle Pass to friends, now might be the best time to get friends into the game to try these sorts of heists.

Since this strategy only requires C4, it doesn’t matter what loadout Warzone players use to pull it off. Still, explosives and any weapons that are good at taking down helicopters are good backup in case the C4 somehow doesn’t do it. LMGs, Snipers, and rocket launchers are the best for this trick if the player can’t access any C4.

Another reason C4 is a good tool for this is the return of the infamous demon gun glitch. It would be terrible to wait for the enemy team, get ready to ambush them with weapons, and then grab a gun that blocks the screen with its spiky black blob. The C4 can be planted and then left, just waiting for the player to detonate it.

Players are only a few weeks into Season 5, but the tricks and strategies are already evolving. It will be interesting to see what fans can come up with in the rumored Warzone Season 6, which should finish just in time for the new Black Ops Cold War beta whenever it releases. Until then, there are plenty of bunkers to go loot.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
