Network issues, such as packet bursts, can cause stuttering and lag in multiplayer games. For competitive shooting games where reaction time is important, any extra delays in packet delivery can cause major disadvantages to players.
This is not the first time Call of Duty: Vanguard has been the subject of demands by players, who have cited issues with the game’s mechanics and performance before. In the meantime, Sledgehammer will likely be pushing to address the ongoing networking issues, which are too important to ignore.
