Call of Duty is a realistic and immersive game that challenges players to improve their skills... said no one ever. Call of Duty is one of the most controversial games in video game history with one side of the population adoring the game and the other hating it with a passion. Fast-paced first-person combat is unique in Call of Duty. With refined gameplay, it is one of the most played game series in history. With that said, everyone is entitled to their opinion, and it's okay to like or dislike Call of Duty. The following memes are for entertainment purposes and are not to be taken seriously. These are ten Call of Duty memes that are too hilarious for words.

10 Quickscope? You Must Be Looking For Call Of Duty

Call of Duty players are trapped in a game where the laws of gravity don't apply. Quickscoping people from a short distance is highly impractical in a real-life scenario. Even a free-to-play game like Fortnite has more realistic weapon mechanics than Call of Duty. It goes to show that Fortnite is an exceptional game, and Call of Duty needs improvements—not advanced warfare. Call of Duty players are so out of their element while playing Fortnite. Just don't even try!

9 This Survey Has A 99.999% Margin Of Error

This meme hits the nail on the head with one of the most accurate Call of Duty memes of all time. Either something is wrong with gamers or Fallout has fallen so far off the wagon that more people are more excited for Black Ops 3.

Something is amiss if people can't see the simplicity and repetitiveness of Call of Duty and the depth and replayability of Fallout. We are talking about Call of Duty and not Call of Cthulhu, correct? The Call of Duty series hasn't been a hit for years. It is repugnant and isn't worthy of praise.

8 Call Of Duty Logic Be Like

Even Halo's superhuman melee strikes are more realistic than Call of Duty. In Halo, it takes at least two melee strikes by Master Chief (super soldier) to take down an opponent at full health. In Call of Duty, players merely need to strike with a melee attack to secure the points. How is it that a weapon like the Barrett .50cal can require two shots to take down an opponent when a melee strike to someone's foot does it in one? COD's developers likely wanted to reward players for the feat, but it's a bizarre anomaly regardless.

7 Thanks For Playing

To be fair, there have been some fantastic Call of Duty titles over the years. Some exceptional games include: Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and Call of Duty: World at War. Choosing to bundle Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered could have been a ploy of the publishing company. As a bundle, it seemed like a valuable package.

As a standalone title, however, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is garbage. Thank you CodCampers for providing this hilarious Call of Duty meme.

6 Advanced Warfare, The Most Unrealistic Game Of All Time

Players loathe Call of Duty for being one of the silliest war games. After the detonation of an EMP, players should be unable to communicate with each other, yet Activision prioritizes fast-paced combat over realism. It's going to be hard for Call of Duty to be taken seriously if its developers don't strive for authenticity. Call of Duty is a different type of first-person shooter than Battlefield. Without question, Battlefield wins the battle against Call of Duty for being the most realistic first-person shooter.

5 Fish Is A Dish Best Served Warm

It doesn't really make sense, but this meme is highly entertaining. Commonly referred to as "COD," Call of Duty is a game that has not distinguished itself in the past few years. What began as a war game has evolved into a futuristic shooter. With that being said, Call of Duty is heading back to its roots. Call of Duty: WWII is not the most highly acclaimed COD game, but people love it anyway for its historical elements and shock appeal. The new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is scheduled to release in October 2019.

4 You Just Got COD Trolled

Unquestionably, the creator of this meme is trolling its readers. Why someone felt the need to share their epic fail tails in Call of Duty is dumbfounding. Mildly entertaining, this meme's purpose is not apparent. Of course, a noob like this meme creator would only get a kill while using the difficult to aim throwing knife. Evidently, the game mode Sticks and Stones isn't this person's cup of tea. Let's all act like this meme never existed and go on with our days.

3 Killstreaks For Days

According to prezi.com, "playing video games increases heart rate and blood pressure, but it is not directly related to adrenaline." Someone on a killstreak might seem like they are on a violent rampage, but studies would suggest otherwise.

Being able to take down a camper is a satisfying move in Call of Duty, and who better than Stewie Griffin to help illustrate the point? Campers are considered the lowest form of life in Call of Duty—even worse than noob tubers.

2 Call Of Duty Reaction Vs. Battlefield Reaction

This meme would have been true if it were a few years ago when Battlefield was a community hit among fans. Nowadays, it seems like both Call of Duty and Battlefield releases receive a great deal of hate for existing. Battlefield and Call of Duty are two of the oldest first-person shooter franchises. Non-repetitive gameplay that surprises players would mitigate the outpour of negative comments and dislikes. Let's hope that the next Call of Duty and Battlefield trailers are actually liked by the community.

1 You May As Well Pitch A Tent

Call of Duty is a profoundly flawed game in more ways than one. In a nutshell, Call of Duty can be accurately represented by the meme in the above picture. The logic of Call of Duty is faulty at times. Furthermore, why is it common for snipers to sprint throughout the map while people with submachine guns camp? Campers in Call of Duty may as well pitch a tent. This meme helps reinforce the belief that almost everyone is a camper in Call of Duty.
