It's no secret that the spawns on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Shipment map are broken. There have been attempts to make the Shipment spawn system a little more tolerable, but it appears as though those efforts have been mostly futile. A new clip that has nearly 35,000 upvotes and almost 1,200 comments on Reddit at the time of this writing shows just how broken the Modern Warfare Shipment spawns still are months after the map's introduction to the game.

Reddit user Crossfingers uploaded a Play of the Game from a recent Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Shipment match that showed he was killed in it a whopping four times. This means that the person who got the Play of the Game killed Crossfingers once, made it to his next spawn, killed him again, and repeated the process for a total of four times. Being able to kill the same person four times in a row and fast enough for it all to be captured in a single Play of the Game clip is incredible to see, but frustrating for players on the receiving end of such punishment.

Infinity Ward's attempts to fix Shipment spawns have actually made things worse, so it remains to be seen if the studio is going to keep trying to fix it. Many players have accepted that Shipment's small size is largely part of the reason why the spawns are this bad, and are willing to deal with them if it means being able to be in constant action.

Of course, it's possible to have a small map in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare without having spawns this bad, and the recently added MW2 map Rust is evidence of that. Rust has its own problems, but players don't spawn and die constantly on it like they do on Shipment. This may have to do with the line of sight on the Rust map when compared to Shipment, in addition to other factors.

It's unclear if Infinity Ward will try to keep fixing the Shipment spawns, but we do know that the studio is at least adding more maps to the game to mix up the playlists a bit. The Modern Warfare Season 2 road map is set to add at least one more standard multiplayer map and the new Gunfight map Bazaar, so fans have those to look forward to in the coming weeks.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
