Shortly after the game’s latest update, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is changing its Multiplayer playlist around. This change comes just two days after the latest patch and Season 4 Reloaded additions

Typically, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare updates its playlist early in the week and this week was no different. However, after some feedback from the fans, Infinity Ward has decided to change things up. Also, in the process, rolled out a small patch to fix some issues to some existing playlists.

In the update, Infinity Ward added two playlists, Shipment 24/7 and Shoot House 24/7. Thus, removing the playlist Shoot the Ship after some requests from the player base. The update also fixed issues in the Realism Moshpit playlist after it was reported that the playlist wasn’t rotating modes. And lastly, a fix was rolled out in the CDL playlist to ensure it would function as the developers intended.

Originally, Infinity Ward added a playlist called Shoot the Ship. This playlist was a rotation of the game modes Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination, etc. on the maps Shipment and Shoot House. Fans have repeatedly asked Infinity Ward for a playlist containing those maps to return to the game but a combination playlist of the two was not what players were looking for.

This change should please the player base as Shipment and Shoot House are some of the most sought after maps in the game. The small proximity of the maps makes for fast gameplay and total chaos, especially on Shipment. Quick on the trigger players can rack up points quickly and use these playlists to level up their player, complete challenges, and gain tiers in Battle Pass much faster using these modes.

Fans should get in on these playlists while they are around. It’s likely that Infinity Ward will rotate the playlists for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare with the next update. The exhaustingly large updates have been rolling out to consoles and PC on Tuesday evenings which only leaves a few days to play these modes and get as much experience out of them as possible.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is now available for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
