Call of Duty Mobile is out now, and it is currently giving players the chance to enjoy the CoD experience while they are on the go. At the end of last week it was revealed that Call of Duty Mobile controller support would be available alongside the launch of the title, and this news may have some players now wondering how to connect a controller for CoD Mobile. Indeed, this guide looks to offer assistance with exactly that.

To note, Call of Duty Mobile controller support is available for both iOS and Android devices, and players can use either an Xbox One controller or PS4 Dualshock to play. All of these possible configurations will be covered in this CoD Mobile guide.

Call of Duty Mobile: How to Connect a Controller

Android Devices

Players that wish to pair a PS4 Dualshock with their Android device should go to the device's Settings menu, click Device Connectivity, and then click Bluetooth and enable it. They should then hold down their controller's PS and Share buttons until the Dualshock's lights begin flashing and then select the controller from their Android device.

Players that wish to pair an Xbox One controller with their Android device must first determine that their controller is version 1708 or later and is able to connect by way of Bluetooth. With that established, players should go to the device's Settings menu, click Device Connectivity, and then click Bluetooth and enable it. They should then power on their Xbox One controller, hold down the pairing button, which is found to the left of the charging port, and then select the controller from their Android device.

iOS Devices

Players that wish to pair a PS4 Dualshock with their iOS device must first determine that their iOS is updated to 13.0 or later. With that established, players should go to their device's Settings menu and click and enable Bluetooth. They should then hold down their controller's PS and Share buttons until the Dualshock's lights begin flashing and then select the controller from their iOS device.
